About the Role We are searching for a motivated and experienced \' Systems Analyst \' to join Sime Darby Berhad\'s Safety & Sustainability team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity located in Archerfield, Brisbane, Selangor OR Kuala Lumpur! Reporting to the the successful candidate will become a subject matter expert for our Noggin 2.0 . system, whilst providing technical support for all aspects of our digital infrastructure, application systems and reporting. Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Support design and development of the SDB Safety & Sustainability system (Noggin 2.0) to ensure continued functionality to meet end user and business requirements. Act as System Administrator for Noggin 2.0 ensuring system is stable and fit for purpose, along with other enterprise-wide safety & sustainability solutions and ongoing maintenance Provide technical support for all aspects of safety and sustainability systems, reporting for SDB and associated Divisions responding to requests for assistance in an apt and timely manner. Ensure the security, hierarchy and workflow integrity is maintained. Identify business requirements to transition mergers and acquisitions SDB across to Noggin 2.0 Develop technical and training documentation as required to support the SDB incident reporting system to meet applicable legislative requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Support the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure quality of data and accuracy of performance reporting across multiple jurisdictions in SDB. Plan and facilitate support staff training across multiple global regions, on the business interaction with safety and sustainability systems. Develop, review and implement systems and processes to support analytics and streamlined reporting HSE performance indicators. Analysis of current process and efficiency opportunities to support all aspects of performance reporting.
