\xc2\xb7 Work closely with key stakeholders to design and propose IT solutions to deliver projects for business approved solutions

\xc2\xb7 Able to perform system impact assessment for given change request, review system design, ensure compliance to technology architecture standards, software defect resolution and system deployment

\xc2\xb7 Develop and review technical documents and other System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) related documents

\xc2\xb7 Operate a team of System Analysts to support various technical implementation

\xc2\xb7 Drive implementation of projects of various scales

\xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders to ensure priorities are handled within expected timelines

\xc2\xb7 Work with other teams in IT and coordinate systems related activities

\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance to internal processes

Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Working experience in banking environment. Mandatory experience in delivering payment application systems: e.g., SWIFT, MyClear and Paynet Product

\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported or ability to drive on defect/issue resolution with multiple technical stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Work with vendor and other IT teams to coordinate system related activities

\xc2\xb7 Degree in Computer or related fields with at least 10 years of working experience in the same capacity

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge and experience with web technology (e.g. Web Service), WebLogic, Java, multi-tier architecture

\xc2\xb7 Programming experience on Unix/Linux scripts , Oracle PL/SQL and AS400/RPGLE

\xc2\xb7 Competent in Web Logic, IBM Connect Direct and MQ, Control-M.

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of system development process

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge/Experience in Agile processes will be an advantage

\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and collaborate with the people at various levels

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills

\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills
