Job Requirements:

Proficient in managing Hyper-V virtualization technology to ensure the efficient operation of virtual machines and networks. Provide expert support for 3-tier infrastructure, including HPE servers, SAN, and MSA storage systems, to maintain high availability and performance. Execute and manage backup and recovery operations using Arcserve to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity. Administer, configure, and monitor Server OS environments, including Windows Server, Linux Ubuntu, and CentOS, while implementing and enforcing best practices and policies. Provide technical support for Microsoft Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies to maintain the integrity and security of user accounts and network services. Manage the configuration, policies, and monitoring of Microsoft Exchange servers to ensure reliable email communication. Offer technical support for Microsoft 365, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting. Utilize expertise to manage environments with more than 50 virtual machines (VMs), ensuring their optimal performance, scalability, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in supporting complex IT infrastructures. Strong knowledge of Hyper-V virtualization technology. Experience with HPE server hardware, SAN, and MSA storage systems. Proficiency in backup and recovery operations, particularly with Arcserve. Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux OS (Ubuntu and CentOS). In-depth understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies. Expertise in configuring, administering, and monitoring Microsoft Exchange servers. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and management. Demonstrated ability to manage environments with a large number of virtual machines. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
