As a Systems Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our global operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering robust technical solutions that support long-term growth and with a focus on security.



This role forms part of our global Platform and Security Operations team, based out of our APAC hub in Kuala Lumpur.

On a typical day, you'll be...

Monitoring and responding to helpdesk tickets, and responding to endpoint, server and network issues Monitoring and analysing alerts and network traffic for unusual activity and potential threats Conducting regular security audits and vulnerability assessments Responding to and investigating cybersecurity breaches and incidents Identifying emerging compliance requirements and staying updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats Ensuring change management processes are followed Assisting external support companies and strategic partners

To be brilliant in this role, you'll have...

Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role in a complex, multi-site environment. Strong knowledge of system security, networking, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Microsoft Defender, Intune, SQL and MS Sentinel) Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls and security technologies String knowledge of IT policy frameworks and risk management A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills A commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with emerging technologies.
