Job Responsibilities
1. System Development and Maintenance
- Establish and optimize the company's management systems (e.g., Quality Management System, Environmental Management System) based on international, national, and industry standards.
- Responsible for drafting, revising, and updating system documentation to ensure scientific accuracy and practical applicability.
2. System Operation Monitoring
- Monitor the daily operation of the management systems, inspect departmental compliance with system standards, and promptly correct any identified issues.
- Collect and analyze system operation data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Auditing and Improvement
- Organize internal audits and assist in management reviews; track and ensure implementation of corrective actions for non-conformities.
- Lead the preparation and response for customer audits and third-party audits; address and respond to audit findings effectively.
4. Training and Communication
- Conduct training on system-related topics to enhance employees' awareness and understanding.
- Communicate and collaborate with various departments to resolve system operation issues and promote cross-functional cooperation.

Job Requirements:
1. Education & Major:
Diploma or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Work Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer, preferably with a background in manufacturing.
- Familiar with the full lifecycle of system establishment, operation, and maintenance. Proven track record in system optimization is a plus.
3. Skills & Expertise:
- Proficient in international standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485.
- Able to use problem-solving tools like the 7 QC Tools, 8D reports, etc.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
4. Language Skills:
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); capable of using English as a working language for communication, documentation, and audits.
- Basic proficiency in Malay is an added advantage.
5. Other Competencies:
- Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of promoting cross-departmental collaboration.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong adaptability and stress resistance.
