Summary/Objective: The Systems Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. The focus will be in supply chain systems, particularly in supporting traffic/shipping day-to-day, but also integrated systems such as MRP, receiving, inventory, warehouse management, and logistics. Troubleshooting activities will include servers, data, printers, labels, 3rd party systems, and software created by our development team.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systems.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and operations, to identify and resolve system issues and improve system performance.

3. Perform system configuration, customization, and enhancements to meet specific business requirements.

4. Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation to ensure system reliability and compliance with internal standards.

5. Document and communicate issues and resolutions to IT teams.

6. Assist with root cause analysis and implementing solutions to common issues.

7. Develop and deliver user training and support materials to enhance system adoption and proficiency.

8. Monitor system performance, identify trends, and recommend system enhancements and optimizations.

9. Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to coordinate system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.

10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain systems to drive continuous improvement.

11. Any job related to duties as assigned by Superior or Management

Experience:

1. 2+ years of experience in supporting supply chain or logistics systems.

2. Strong technical skills with experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and customization.

3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve system issues.

4. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

5. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

6. Strong organizational and documentation skills to ensure accurate system records.

7. Proficiency in MongoDB, database management, AWS, Virtualization, and data analysis.

8. Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.

9. Familiarity with industry-standard supply chain systems.

Preferred Education:

1. Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
