Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Systems Support Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL, good communication skills, and the ability to manage support tasks independently. This role also involves working during non-standard hours, so flexibility is key.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate technical support activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Respond to and troubleshoot support tickets related to system, application, and network issues.

Execute and analyze

SQL queries

to assist in data validation and issue investigation.

Provide first-level troubleshooting for

SAP-related

user issues (basic level).

Perform basic

server troubleshooting

and escalate more complex issues when necessary.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and end-users in both

English and Malay

.

Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.

Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with

SLA timelines

.

Be available to work during

odd or non-standard hours

, including evenings or weekends as required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in a technical or IT support role.

Strong knowledge of

SQL queries

for data investigation and reporting.

Good understanding of general IT troubleshooting and support processes.

Basic knowledge of

SAP troubleshooting

is an added advantage.

Familiarity with

server troubleshooting

(basic level).

Excellent communication skills, fluent in

English and Malay

.

Flexible and willing to work outside of regular business hours when needed.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
