We are seeking a skilled Systems Test & Validation Engineer to support the development, testing, and deployment of collaboration and audio-visual solutions across our expanding facilities. This role plays a key part in evaluating new technology, validating system performance, and ensuring smooth implementation for end users.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct testing, validation, and evaluation of collaboration and audio-visual devices for new room setups and technology upgrades.
Assess, recommend, and qualify suitable equipment and solutions based on performance, capability, and business requirements.
Manage deployment projects including planning, execution, vendor coordination, and progress tracking.
Perform troubleshooting and analysis to ensure system reliability, user experience quality, and seamless integration.
Support R&D initiatives by testing new devices, features, and configurations.
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, reports, and implementation records.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME), providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and technical support to internal teams.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience in testing systems, devices, AV/collaboration solutions, or similar technology environments.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
Able to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
