Responsibilities
o Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including Engineers and other relevant person.
o Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive products in the industry.
o Develop a deep understanding of our sheet metal products, manufacturing processes, and industry applications.
o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of the company's sheet metal fabrication solutions.
o Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and act as the primary point of contact.
o Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to identify opportunities for repeat business.
o Manage the customer sales pipeline, track sales activities, and report on sales performance and forecasts.
o Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders based on customer requirements.
o Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure accurate quotes and project specifications.
o Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales deals.
o Work closely with project managers and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
o Assist customers in coordinating schedules, timelines, and deliveries.
o Address any post-sale issues or concerns regarding product quality, delivery, or service.
Qualification :
o At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
o Familiarity with industry standards, product specifications, and customer requirement.
o Working experience 3-5 years in sales within the sheet metal fabrication, manufacturing, or related industries.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
