We are looking for a

Takaful Coordinator

to join our team that has been 32 years in industry!

? Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

- Identify, attract, and onboard new Takaful agents.

Agent Support

- Assist existing agents with their sales activities, provide guidance, and help them achieve their performance goals.

Coordination

- Support both new and existing agents in tasks related to sales, training, and day-to-day needs.
? Requirements:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills Passion for recruitment and team building Able to work independently and in a team environment

TBE (Takaful Basic Examination) certification is an added advantage

Experience in Takaful/Insurance/Finance industry is an added advantage
