- Call potential clients to expand their customer base.
- Interview prospective clients to get data about their financial resources and discuss existing coverage.
- Explain the features of various policy.
- Analyze clients current takaful policies and suggest additions or changes.
- Handle policy renewals.
- Help policyholders settle claims
- Provide good services to clients.
- Provide solution for financial planning to clients including protection, saving, investment and wealth.
