\xe2\x80\xa2 To identify potential customers and consulting the right product solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 To build and maintain close rapport with both bankers and customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively participate in the bank\xe2\x80\x99s sales and promotion activities within or outside of the branch. \xe2\x80\xa2 To establish own circles of connections through various avenue such as walk-in customers, bank data base etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist on customers\' requests and concerns promptly and accurately. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure proper communication with the Management on customers\' feedback. \xe2\x80\xa2 To follow up on certificate issuance to ensure timely delivery to customers.
