Handling all calls and email pertaining to the customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feed backs, and other raising issue related to the company\'s product.
To exceed customer\'s expectation in term of customers service & accurate information
Work in team to achieve the require KPI elements

Monthly basic salary RM2,100 + up to RM400 KPI allowance + up to RM300 shift allowance + OT
