• Manage administrative tasks for day-to-day recruitment and new joiner onboarding.
• Perform data entry & maintenance in the HR system, and manage administrative tasks related to hiring and employee movement (promotion, progression and transfers within legal entity or inter-companies).
• Prepare offer letters for new joiners.
• Work closely with TA Specialists to handle inquiries from internal & external stakeholders.
• Process TA vendor invoices and ensure timely submission for payment.
• Continuously review and maintain knowledge documents in area of expertise.
• Participate in process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives, as assigned.
• Support with report generation, as assigned.
• Assist in document translation tasks, when required.

Required Qualification / Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Admin or related.
• Fluent in spoken & written English.
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of recruitment coordination related work experience.
• Demonstrates a service-oriented mindset and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
• IT savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office applications.
