Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of successful hiring across various functions and levels.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
