This role provides support to the Talent Acquisition team. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to fill immediate hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, ensuring a timely and efficient process from start to finish.
Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards and social media, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Screen and assess candidate applications to identify those who meet the job requirements and align with company values.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication for all parties.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support the team with ad-hoc recruitment activities and projects as needed.
Ensure every candidate receives a positive and professional experience.
Provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on recruitment progress.
Requirements
Preferably minimum 1 year of work experience in Talent Acquisition
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field is a plus.
Good communication and articulation
Preferably Experience in ATS Workday or similar platform
Able to work in contract basis
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
