Performs full cycle of recruitment; and build and expand new clientele base
Take full ownership of the accounts assigned and manage the client for all areas (ie. requirements, relationship, payment)
Formalize job description and specifications for clients based on their needs.
Work along with different hiring managers in different industries to ensure effectiveness of recruiting plan as well as implementation
Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process including hiring strategies, coaching and guidance on best practices.
Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through various online job portals and match candidates with the client's job openings.
Screening resumes, interviewing candidates, write resume summary before profiling the suitable candidates for client's considerations.
Preparing resumes and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable candidates.
Coordinate interview arrangements and conduct interviews for all qualified candidates.
Finalizing offer details between client and candidates.
Monitor payment collections from clients.
