We are proudly part of Japan Post xe2x80x94The OpportunityAssisting the end-to-end recruitment process in supporting the TA manager, working closely with hiring managers and external employment agencies (if any) to define job requirements, roles, and responsibilitiesBuild and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship managementConduct pre-screening and initial interviews for all non-managerial positions, coordinate interviews with the hiring manager and HR/TA Managers, and manage the job offer process, including negotiating employment terms and finalizing offers with guidance from HR/TA managersEstablish and update a human resources database and various recruitment data reports and statistical analysis requested by the business, maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings, administrate TA-related commercial contracts and invoicesManage casual workers and contractors by leveraging recruiting agenciesProvide administration support to HR/TA managers on a full spectrum of HRWhat Youxe2x80x99ll Need to SucceedMinimum of a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldHave 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a similar role, with a track record of successful hiring campaignsStrong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methodsProficiency in using HR software (Workday) and candidate management systems is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently as well as part of a teamOrganized and good time management to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlinesWhat moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
