Job Description

You will play a key role in driving the recruitment process end-to-end -- from sourcing and attracting candidates, managing the interview process, to ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Craft engaging job descriptions and postings to attract suitable candidates. Ensure smooth interview scheduling and communication between candidates and stakeholders. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness). Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (in-house or agency). Familiar with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in ATS is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
