Job Description
We are seeking a self-driven and passionate individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Executive. In this role, you will connect employers with the right candidates by managing the end-to-end hiring process, from client engagement and candidate sourcing to successful placements.
Job Scope
Candidate sourcing
- attracting, headhunting, and screening potential candidates.Recruitment process
- coordinating interviews, giving feedback, and ensuring smooth placements.Negotiation & advisory
- managing offers, salary discussions, and providing market insights.Job Requirement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates. Sales-driven mindset with ability to achieve targets and KPIs. Good negotiation and influencing skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
