The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible to drive the Talent Acquisition practice and employer branding initiatives to ensure the high quality recruitment performance is delivered for ZALORA group. The role will be based out of Kuala Lumpur, with primary responsibilities on closing key positions in the region, developing employer branding strategy, improving robust recruitment process and improve on the regional recruitment capabilities. Proactiveness, hunger to learn and confidence to manage high level stakeholders are mandatory to winning and acing this role. Responsibilities: Work with business stakeholders to devise the recruitment strategy and provide solution for hiring of key positions for business growth. Manage volume hirings (from job posting to onboarding) for interns, contract roles and junior roles for Revenue department. Continuously review and improve the recruitment process and system to ensure efficiency and compliance. Manage the relationship with third party such as recruitment agencies, universities and other vendors. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in a related field. Minimum 1 year working experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and/or a Recruitment Consultant will be an added advantage Strong passion in Talent Acquisition, to bring the candidate with the right cultural fit to the Organization. Innovative, and able to use non-conventional or social media channels in achieving the recruitment plan. Strong business acumen, ability to understand and interpret business priorities and translate these into appropriate actions. Hands-on and willing to go extra miles to fill the position.
