Your new role You will work with the People & Culture team to drive recruitment for our SEA business and to ensure that we are able to find and engage with great people to fulfil some great opportunities to work at Hays. You will be responsible for producing engaging content and advertisements, coordinating recruitment activities and managing applications. Sourcing & Coordination Support candidate attraction through JD update, advert creation and other recruitment related content creation Prepare internal email comms for internal referral programmes, internal vacancies etc Organising or conducting reference checks Arrange and minute meetings and discussions Work with the admin team to prepare materials for assessment centre Ad-hoc administrative tasks Branding & Building Create social graphics to promote employer branding Support campus recruitment activity such as preparing QR codes, brochures, flyers etc Data Analysis Extracting data for weekly report Extracting data for presentations We welcome interns across all disciplines to apply. A degree nor prior working experience is required. Some knowledge of design tools for content creation would be helpful. Ideally, you would pride yourself on the following qualities: Strong passion in HR or Employer Branding Detail-oriented and meticulous. Desire to create a positive experience for others. Motivated and determined to be the best. Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
