As the Talent Acquisition Intern role, you'd be working closely with the People Team in supporting the work environment and experience that allows StoreHub employees to thrive. In this entry-level role, you will be given a full responsibility to hire the best talents at StoreHub across different teams, making sure we get the right talents who fit into our culture. You will learn how to find and assess top talents, talent acquisition processes and have a chance to lead a few projects. You'll be a key team member in helping us recruiting the best talents, and thus, building a work environment that enables our employees to thrive and constantly do meaningful work.

You don't need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don't!). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we're looking for someone who is organised, inquisitive, has a strong drive to make things happen and a passion to keep improving yourself.

To top it off, we welcome any HR, psychology, business undergraduate scholars who are switched on and really ready to make good use of their semester breaks!

Requirements

What you will do:

• Actively scout for superstar candidates to fill roles for StoreHub in Malaysia

• Learn how to assess candidates via interview and paper screenings
• Develop projects to further enhance the processes under Talent Acquisition
• Create content for our up and coming StoreHub social media pages

What you will need:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent
• You are very highly motivated and hungry for growth.
• You are very proactive in taking up tasks and making sure they are done fast
• You are open to take on responsibility and work under pressure
• You are able to work on multiple projects simultaneously under time constraints.
• You are ready to experience the pace and fast growth of a tech startup
