The Position Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern Duration: 5 Months Responsibilities: Screen CVs: Review incoming resumes and applications assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements. Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process. Report Generation: Assist in the creation of recruitment reports and analytics, tracking key metrics such as candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness. Build Pipeline: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to proactively source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Send LinkedIn Emails: Craft and send personalized outreach messages to potential candidates on LinkedIn, engaging them in conversations about career opportunities at Roche. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor\'s program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
