Job Description


  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Determine selection criteria.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and job portals)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position\xe2\x80\x99s requirements
  • Any ad hoc tasks given by the management team.
Requirements:
  • Diploma and above in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR management experience, preferably in recruitment.
  • Must be able to speak and read Mandarin, in order to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking China partners.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
