Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates\' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers with selected candidates. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any. Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (minimum 3-5 years). Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Outstanding communication skills, both in person and over various communication channels. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
