Job Description
A global healthcare organization is seeking a TA Manager to lead strategic hiring across specialized functions, including clinical research and biomedical roles. This contract-based role offers hybrid flexibility, stakeholder engagement, and the opportunity to shape niche recruitment strategies in a high-impact environment.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
- Build pipelines for niche healthcare roles, including clinical research and biomedical talent
- Engage with CROs (Contract Research Organizations), universities, and healthcare networks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hiring plans with business goals
- Experience in talent acquisition within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or biotech industries
- Strong understanding of healthcare talent landscape and CROs
- Experience with sourcing tools and systems (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, Workday, Phenom)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic HR exposure within a global healthcare organization
