PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including client management, requisition creation, candidate sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding. The position requires close collaboration with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand staffing requirements and develop hiring strategies that align with organizational objectives.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Design and implement sourcing strategies to efficiently attract top talent.
Identify and leverage effective sourcing channels to meet business hiring needs.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through diverse platforms, including universities, job boards, social media, and networking events.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates for hiring managers.
Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers and candidates.
Recommend candidates using scientific evaluation methods and assessment tools.
Partner with HRBP to propose competitive, market-aligned offers following HR policies and procedures.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, regardless of the outcome.
Provide regular recruitment updates and detailed tracking reports to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and timely records in the Workday recruiting platform.
Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience to foster talent engagement and a sense of belonging.
Ensure hiring processes and documentation comply with internal policies and employment regulations.
Actively promote the company's employer brand via social media and other relevant platforms.
Previous Work Experience & Qualifications4+ years of recruiting experience; recruiting in a shared services environment will be preferred and open to all industry experience.
Prior experience of successfully recruiting in supply chain and logistics industry is a plus.
Experienced in managing white-collar operational roles and executing mass hiring initiatives.
Experienced in managing stakeholder relationships, with strong influencing and persuasion skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
Positive attitude and a passion for people and talent acquisition
Having knowledge of local labor laws and market hiring practices.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to handle ambiguity and resilience will be valuable.
