Work with Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TA BP) on research and recruitment efforts for global executive search assignments
Primary focus mainly on senior leadership positions and business critical roles hiring for the SE Asia region.
Work closely with hiring executives to understand the leadership needs, business strategy and expectations of each department/franchise to ensure identification of the right candidate for each unique role.
Specific tasks will vary based on individual searches but may include:
1. Constructing target lists of companies and candidates 2. Coordinating internal talent review with talent management partners and external research and search efforts with appropriate partners 3. Support TA BP in areas of Identifying appropriate candidates / prepare lists of prospective candidates 4. Contacting high-potential prospects when required to 5. Administrative roles - coordination of all phone, video, and on-site interviews which will include travel arrangements, agenda development and onsite interviews and area tours. Requirements:
Experience in Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals/Medical Devices/Life Sciences preferred
Experience in market mapping or Talent Mapping
Experience in recruiting diverse roles e.g. Finance, IT, Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Manufacturing
Fluent spoken and written English
Strong research skill, resourceful and analytical thinking
