Key Responsibilities

Source and identify potential candidates using online platforms, social media, and professional networks Pre-screen candidates to assess suitability based on job requirements Maintain and update candidate databases and pipelines Collaborate with recruiters and hiring partners to ensure smooth candidate management Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and results Meet sourcing targets to earn commission-based rewards

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven, resourceful, and goal-oriented Access to a laptop/PC, stable internet connection, and communication tools Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is an advantage -- but not required (training and guidance will be provided)
