Manage the entire recruitment cycle, using creative sourcing methods to attract and engage top talent
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and oversee day-to-day recruitment activities
Conduct thorough assessments of candidates, reviewing their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Maintain accurate records and track progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure transparency and efficiency in the hiring process
Keep up to date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices to refine and enhance recruitment strategies
Requirements
2-4 years of proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on non-technical roles
Strong ability to assess both technical competencies and interpersonal/soft skills
Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies, and applying market insights
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration with hiring teams
Results-oriented and accountable: able to achieve hiring targets and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
Adaptable, eager to grow, and proactive in solving challenges as they arise
Highly organized and attentive to detail, with a strong commitment to creating a positive candidate experience
Excellent written and verbal English skills
