Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other channels to source talent.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-up with stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process in line with company policies.
Collaborate with HR and management to improve employer branding and recruitment processes.
Stay updated with market trends, talent acquisition best practices, and industry benchmarks.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good negotiation and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations.
Preferably candidate with experience in hiring IT positions and able to communicate in Mandarin .
