Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Lead and manage the entire recruitment process -- from workforce planning, job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, to onboarding and also offboarding.
Hiring Across All Levels:
Execute recruitment for various functions and seniority levels, including specialist, managerial, and executive roles.
Business Partnering:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand team needs, role requirements, and workforce plans.
Scalable Sourcing Strategies:
Develop and implement proactive sourcing and headhunting strategies through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, talent pools, referrals, etc.
Employer Branding:
Contribute to employer branding efforts to strengthen talent attraction, especially for high-demand and niche roles.
Talent Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring, with a focus on supporting business scalability.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows and improve candidate and stakeholder experience.
Recruitment Analytics:
Track, analyze, and report on key hiring metrics to drive performance and data-driven decisions.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with company policies and employment laws.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years
of solid experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-growing or dynamic industry.
Proven ability to recruit across all job levels and functions.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with a creative approach to talent search.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Agile, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in a high-paced, target-driven environment.
Tech-savvy, with experience using ATS, recruitment tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
