The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing our organizational capabilities by attracting top talent and building comprehensive competency frameworks for each department. This individual will collaborate closely with department heads, HR personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities?
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates across various channels.
Collaborate with department heads to identify key competencies required for success in each role.
Design and implement competency frameworks that outline specific skills, behaviors, and qualifications needed for each position.
Conduct job analyses to determine the essential functions and requirements of each role.
Partner with the training and development team to design programs that address skill gaps identified through competency frameworks.
Utilize data analytics and metrics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and competency frameworks.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and competency modeling.
Qualifications?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles.
Proven track record of developing and implementing competency frameworks.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus.
