Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience.
Plan, organize, and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other talent engagement initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and external partners to develop sustainable talent pipelines.
Support the onboarding process, employee engagement programs, and company-wide events.
Assist in HR administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
Represent the company with professionalism and confidence at internal and external events.
Deliver presentations and speak confidently in public forums as part of recruitment and employer branding activities.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record in campus recruitment and career fair participation or coordination.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting partnerships with stakeholders and external collaborators.
Strong public speaking and presentation abilities in both written and spoken English.
Professional, confident, and engaging demeanor in all external interactions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
