Our team brings expertise and added value in Recruitment, as well as market best practices and continuous improvement.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Missions and ResponsibilitiesExecute the recruitment strategy across its scope, implementing targeted sourcing and marketing techniques to identify and attract appropriate talent poolsManage the end to end recruitment process with hiring Managers and HRBPs, interviewing candidates to assess suitable positions based on specific business needsDevelop and deliver consistent and standardized recruitment processes and the right channel to select the best talents for the companyBuild high-quality partnerships with recruitment service providersCoordinate with hiring managers to identify interview evaluation criteria and competenciesEnsure consistent and quality candidate experience across all levels of hiringSupport fresh graduate program, student internship, campus recruitment activities, external career fairs and events to attract talents and position Air Liquide as the employer of choiceUtilize recruiting technology to manage candidates through tracking and selection processThink ahead, building pipelines and keep in touch with past applicants, engage passive candidates and create a strong networkParticipates in the onboarding process and getting frequent feedback from new hiresUse metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvementAre you a MATCH?Competencies and ProfileA degree in Human Resources management, Business Administration or a relevant fieldMinimum 3/5 years of prior experience in recruitment in a Corporate or Recruitment Agency, with proven experience in direct sourcing techniquesProven ability to partner with business stakeholders to fully understand business needsKnowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedInKnowledge of various interviewing methodsExperience with HRIS, ATS (Workday, Taleo, Lumesse\xe2\x80\xa6), Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing toolsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and present at all levels of the organisation (both written and verbal)Must be flexible, adaptable, with ability to multitaskCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsAbility to work fast in a changing environmentProactive and shows initiative including adopting a hands-on approachPraise the value of diversity and potential over typical requirementsContinuously seeking ways to improve, able to initiate new ideas and innovative solutions, facilitating and acting as a change agentAbout Air LiquideA world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
