Full life cycle recruiting: End-to end recruitment process including preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and onboarding.
Coordinate and manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
Administer employee movements, including transfers, promotions, and other changes.
Handle staff offboarding processes, including resignation documentation and clearance.
Manage issuance of uniforms, name tags, and other related items.
Prepare and issue HR-related letters and documentation as required.
Review and verify employee claims submissions, identify discrepancies or inconsistencies, and ensure accurate and timely settlement.
Assist in payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate HRDF training matters, including claim submissions and training records.
Support various HR functions such as employee engagement activities, training coordination, and record maintenance.
Assist in general human resource operations at the headquarters, beyond recruitment.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR department.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or equivalent.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as aTalent Acquisition Specialist or in similar HR functions.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
