You will be accountable for hiring manager satisfaction (communication, ease of process, effectiveness, candidate fit, speed), candidate relationship and satisfaction, and overall hiring quality. Job Responsibilities Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle, with a strong focus on direct sourcing, in Malaysia, Philippines and regional countries. Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and use various channels to ensure maximum successful output. Develop and maintain strong stakeholder, hiring manager and candidate relationship. Share market knowledge with hiring managers and be viewed as \'Talent Advisor\' regarding recruitment related best practices and processes. Ensure data accuracy throughout the process and provide timely reporting update. Meet set goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, recruitment satisfaction survey, and required applicant tracking updates. Participate in ad hoc team projects. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree in human resource/human capital management or any that is related Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the recruitment field. : Experienced in handling recruitment in the regional market will be an added advantage Excellent communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken.
