Job Description

As we expand our Talent Attraction team to support continued growth within the Australian region of the Global Digital Transformation and IT Management services group, Logicalis , we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify bar-raising talent. You will attract, and proactively approach candidates via social media and employee referrals, and play an important part in the creation of our talent events and potential talent pools

You will:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Execute the end-to-end hiring process for direct hires, contractors and interns (advertising vacancies, liaising with external recruiters, resume screening, screening calls, interviews, reference and background checks, offers etc.)
• Schedule and facilitate onboarding of new hires, including facilitation of induction training
• Guide the offer negotiation process, and prepare onboarding paperwork. Ensures a smooth hand-over - at the latter stages - to IT, Management, and Payroll
• Manage candidate pools to ensure candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
• Drive continual process improvements to ensure an outstanding hiring manager and candidate experience
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
• Positively contributing to, the broader TA and Employee Experience team across Australia and Malaysia

Requirements

• Experience as a recruiter, ideally with some knowledge of the IT or broader tech space
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills, will be underpinned by an ability to reprioritise, and succeed under the exciting pressures of a growing organisation
• You will have an innate ability to flex your approach to a wide array of job-roles and stakeholder needs. You are not a \'care-taker\'. You are someone who enjoys challenge and the opportunity to make big impacts through your solutions orientated, continuous improvement mind-set.
