POSITION TITLE: Talent Development Specialist (Japanese Speaker)

CONTRACT DURATION: 6 Months (Convertible to Permenant Position)

SALARY: RM4,000 - RM5,000

WORK LOCATION: Persiaran Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama. 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

WORKING DAYS: Monday - Friday

WORKING HOURS: 08:30AM - 05:30PM

WORK MODE: Hybrid (2 Days - Work from Home)

JOB DESCRIPTION

PURPOSE:

• To ensure timely implementation of annual training plan including managing the whole process from registration to evaluation, liaising with internal and external training providers, organizing inhouse trainings (virtual or face to face), supporting training payment process, ensuring all training records are recorded in MyHR Learning System.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Complete service requests from APAC TD CoE team in an accurate and timely manner
• Working with APAC TD CoE team to identify and implement streamlining opportunities and possibilities
• Ensure timely implementation of annual training plan including managing the whole process from registration to evaluation, liaising with internal and external training providers, organizing inhouse trainings (virtual or face to face), supporting training payment process, ensuring all training records are recorded in MyHR Learning System
• Manage and provide user support for MyHR Learning System
• Transition activities across APAC ensuring compliance to standardized processes as well as statutory regulations
• Support the enhancement and implementation of MyHR learning system and other supporting tools and technologies
• Support key training implementation activities for a successful transition to the shared service center

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in a shared service centre or any customer service oriented environment, preferably in a HR services environment
• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or any equivalent
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Local Malaysians who are proficient in Japanese Language
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite / Workday / ServiceNow / 3CX
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills in English and Japanese, especially written skills. Korean or additional South East Asian languages are a plus
• Strong active listening skills, customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
• IT savvy and resourceful on leveraging various tools (knowledge management, document management, HR systems) to obtain required information to resolve queries and issues
