About the Role:

As a Talent Recruiter, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, including sourcing top talent and building strong candidate relationships.

What you'll be doing:

Utilizing various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates for upcoming open positions. Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles especially in the banking industry. Communicating with potential candidates via email, phone, and LinkedIn to gauge interest and answer questions. Maintaining accurate records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:

Good communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to learn. Possibility to convert to permanent full time role based on performance Open to Fresh Graduates
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
