• Proven experience in talent management, learning solutions, or a similar consultative role.
• Strong understanding of corporate training needs, especially in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of training methodologies and tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Engage with corporate clients to understand their talent development needs and provide expert consultation on AZEO\'s learning solutions.
• Solution Design: Work with internal teams to create and deliver customized training programs that address specific client challenges, focusing on both skillset and mindset enhancement.
• Sales Performance: Meet and exceed personal sales targets through consultative selling of AZEO\'s talent solutions.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of training solutions, coordinating with trainers, venues, and relevant departments to ensure seamless delivery.
• Client Success: Measure the effectiveness of solutions and work with clients to ensure they meet their development goals.
• Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends in talent management and learning solutions to continuously improve and innovate AZEO\'s offerings.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to clients and the internal team on project progress, client feedback, and results.
