About the Role

We are seeking a

Talent Sourcing Specialist

to join our team and play a key role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across multiple business divisions. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines, manage sourcing strategies, and support recruitment operations in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You'll Do

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions across divisions Research and identify new recruitment channels and resources Support recruiters with interview scheduling, debrief sessions, and pre-employment processes Manage job postings, employee referral tracking, and career fair coordination Ensure smooth recruitment operations including background checks, documentation, and invoicing Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing and recruitment processes

What We're Looking For

2-3 years' experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or HR support Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field Familiarity with

ATS / HR systems

and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively Team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
