What You'll Do
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions across divisions
Research and identify new recruitment channels and resources
Support recruiters with interview scheduling, debrief sessions, and pre-employment processes
Manage job postings, employee referral tracking, and career fair coordination
Ensure smooth recruitment operations including background checks, documentation, and invoicing
Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing and recruitment processes
What We're Looking For
2-3 years' experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or HR support
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field
Familiarity with
ATS / HR systems
and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
