Job Description

Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Tally Clerk is responsible for physical checking/counting and documentation of commodity transactions in the warehouse, including Container Inspection, Tally Sheet In/Outward, Put-away, Layout and record measurement of cargo. Tally Clerk also have to ensure that all commodities arriving at the warehouse and leaving the warehouse are properly work according SOP.

Essential Duties:

Understand daily operation activities and KPI. Get related job documents from Warehouse Supervisor during morning briefing. Inspect containers / trucks / seals/ cargoes during inbound and outbound jobs. Take photo during inbound or outbound jobs. Take photo if found defect containers / trucks / cargoes. Report any non-conformance/incident/damage issues to Warehouse Supervisor. Ensure all incoming or outgoing cargo must be recorded. Ensure all inbound or outbound records are with complete info. Record measurement of cargo in tally sheet. Update layout and pass to Warehouse Supervisor. Return related job documents to Warehouse Supervisor after job done daily basic. Ensure cargo stuffed into correct and inform Warehouse Supervisor to seal the container correctly. Comply to safety & health procedure in warehouse. Fill in all stock cards immediately after completely stacking. Assist in cleanliness for Warehouse including indoor and outdoor.

Requirement

Male in age group 21-35. Punctual with positive work ethic. Physically fit with ability to lift and carry. Qualification required: SPM or Diploma. Able to drive and operate forklift will be an added advantage. Computer literate. At least 2-3 years of warehouse experience.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
