It is essential to ensure a quiet and secure environment. This position is open to most locations within Malaysia & Thailand. The calls may involve simple or complex, non-technical or technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement and General Business. For the role, we are proposing as per below expectations: \xc2\xb7 Fluent in English \xc2\xb7 Fluent in Tamil (Read & Write) \xc2\xb7 Must be working from home \xc2\xb7 Need own laptop / PC with webcam (training purpose) \xc2\xb7 Own internet 5MB download and 3MB upload (stable Wi-Fi connection- fiber optic, cable modem, DSL) \xc2\xb7 Own Mobile phone with Android 12 and above or IOS 15 and above \xc2\xb7 Must be willing to work rotating shift for 9 hours anytime following the required schedule by the client within 24 hours (Night Shift) \xc2\xb7 They will be entitled to 2 days off in a week which will be rotating any day \xc2\xb7 Must be willing to work on public holidays as the operation is 24/7 Job Types: Full-time, Contract
