RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING THE PRODUCT MOVEMENT BETWEEN TANKER, SHIPS, AND THE TERMINAL WHILE THE VESSEL BERTH. ENSURE TANK FARM OPERATION UNDER CONTROL
Duties and responsibilities :
1. Calculate ullage Tank farm everyday. Tank farm log book maintained.
2. Ensure safety and upkeep of tank farm. Zero complaint on upkeep tank farm. Cloning tank farm recorded.
3. Responsible product movement between ship and shore. Zero accident on oil spillage during shipment.
4. Complete the appropriate document and oil calculation between shore and ship during shipment. Ensure < 2% variance between ship and shore quantity.
5. Supervise tank farm activities. Daily Tank Farm report maintained.
6. Comply with quality management, sustainability and feed safety policy. Take part in quality management, feed safety and sustainability program.
7. Ensure all valve recorded and seal. Tank farm seal book maintained.
1. Provide support in any other HR-related functions as required.
2. To perform any other tasks which may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements :
SPM / Certificate in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in palm oil, or refinery tank farm operations.
Knowledge of tank farm operations is added advantage.
