OverviewHere at Quest, we are always seeking great talent to join the team.A great opportunity is open for a Tax Advisor -APJ whose primary responsibilities include the coordination, planning and oversight of global tax matters for Quest Software and One Identity subsidiaries and operations.This position will work directly with Tax Team members located in the US and Ireland.Other significant responsibilities include the completion/review of international related components of the annual income tax provision, maintenance of global transfer pricing documentation, withholding taxes, support of FATCA/CRS requirements, entity rationalization, and on-going planning, structuring and management of the Companyxe2x80x99s international tax structure.ResponsibilitiesAs a Tax Advisor, you will have responsibilities for the following:

• Oversight of related corporate income tax filings in various countries, including (such) review of draft returns, management of tax advisors, and related tax calendars.
• Coordinate with regional accounting teams to review statutory financial filings to identify tax-sensitive items needing potential adjustment.
• Manage advisors to complete contemporaneous local country transfer pricing documentation, cost-sharing arrangements, and intercompany agreements.
• Assist accounting with the review of routine intercompany calculations and journal entries.
• Coordinate with tax advisorsxe2x80x99 assembly of OECD Master File and CbyC transfer pricing reporting.
• Participate and assist with tax planning-related initiatives.
• Assist with tax analysis around the establishment, liquidation, or merger of global entities.
• Technical oversight and guidance around transaction tax matters (e.g., VAT, GST).
• Collaborate with Accounting & Treasury regarding the form and timing of international intercompany cash transfers, distributions, and loans.
• Manage withholding tax requirements and filings.
• Coordinate/assist with the income tax inspections.
• Support the business function with applicable reporting documentation and FATCA/CRS documentation.
• Assist with certain international-related components of the companyxe2x80x99s U.S. GAAP ASC740 matters for financial statement reporting.
• Monitor legislative developments and their impact on the company

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have the following experience:

• Experience equivalent to a four-year undergraduate degree (Bachelors) degree in Accounting/Finance.
• At least 2 years of income tax experience in private industry and/or public accounting.
• Knowledge of APJ taxes as well as working knowledge of and exposure to foreign country tax regimes.
• Proficient knowledge of basic software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to manage working with team members in different time zones.
