Tax Executive / Tax Assistant Lumut, Perak
Job Description
:
- Manage both direct and indirect tax compliance matters of Marina Island Group.
- Prepare / review transfer pricing ("TP") documentation and assist in the implementation of TP requirements on related companies' transactions.
- Support Accounts team on tax provision calculation.
- Liaise with tax authorities, government agencies, tax consultants and other external parties on all tax matters for Marina Island Group.
- Assist business / operating units on the tax implications from new business structure / transactions.
- Handle tax audits and queries from tax administration on as-needed basis.
- Follow up on findings from tax audits and advise required changes for improving tax compliance status
- Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.
