Lead the development of tax-related content for the YYC taxPOD platform, webinars, and workshops.
Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Malaysian tax laws and regulations.
Research and interpret new tax rules, policies, and industry developments, and translate them into practical, easy-to-understand learning materials.
Guide and review the preparation of slides, updates, and case studies for subscribers.
Collaborate with tax experts and trainers to ensure technical accuracy in all published content.
Oversee quality checks to maintain consistency, professionalism, and reliability across all tax materials.
Identify important tax topics and anticipate subscriber needs to shape the YYC taxPOD content roadmap.
Support the planning of tax-related campaigns and initiatives that raise awareness and increase subscriber engagement.
Mentor junior team members by providing technical tax guidance in content development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related discipline.
Strong technical knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and regulations.
At least 5 years of experience in tax advisory, compliance, or related professional services.
Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to simplify complex tax concepts for learners.
Strong written and presentation skills in English (Mandarin/Malay is an advantage).
Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Ability to work collaboratively with tax professionals and content production teams.
