Position : Tax Manager Company Industry : FMCG/ Shared services Working Hours : Mon - Fri (8:30AM/9AM-5:30AM/6PM) Working Mode: Hybrid (3 Days WFO, 2 Days WFH) Working Duration: Contract until 31 st December 2024 with PERSOLKELLY Allowance: Parking - RM220/Month WHO CAN APPLY Bachelor or above degree, preferably with finance, accounting tax, law majors At least 5 years experience in dedicated tax area Big 4 experience is a must, CPA or CTA is a plus Good command of English in writing and speaking SAP knowledge is a plus KEY RESPONSIBILITIES KEY DELIVERIES: Regular and non-trade tax fillings for Mainland China entities Annual CIT filing for Mainland China & HK entities. TP documentations for Mainland China & HK entities. Below the ROP forecasts in rolling forecasts Tagetik TP reviews Tax risk mapping Caramel Tax position papers THE TAX MANAGER MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Tax Reporting Tax Planning and Projects Transfer pricing (TP) Reporting & Planning Relationship with Authorities Internal Control/ Learning MAIN INTERACTION Internal DBS CNAO all service lines Dedicated CBU in GC Corporate functions Legal, government affairs, HR, ISIT, etc External Tax & TP consultants China tax and government authorities External auditors KEY METRICS (Mission critical performance indicators): Comply with local statutory, tax & foreign exchange regulations DanGo improvements Timely executions to minimize exposure INNOVATION SKILLS & COMPETENCIES String analytical skill and communication skills dealing with both external and internal parties. Attention to details. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
